Possible to assign a file to a single user ?

    Hi,
    I would like to know if this plugin allows the admin to assign a document to a particular user only.
    I would like only the user to view and download the document in his dashboard when assigned.
    Is it possible to do this ? or will you plan this feature in the future ?
