Possible to also support US State Flags?

I use a 3rd party library for the flags themselves. But you can always request direct addition here: https://github.com/lipis/flag-icon-css

If they get included then the plugin will support them the next time I update the flag library.

I placed a request on Github. For now i just uploaded the SVG flags in my Media Library.
