Possible to add more custom meta data to Placed Order event?

    The plugin works well, and we can see the order.

    We would like to also send brand data, and other custom metadata (delivery window, unique IDs, etc.). Do you have any hooks for this, or can you specify the best way to achieve it?

    We are glad to hear the plugin works well. Klaviyo’s integration with Woocommerce consists of two parts, the plugin and the integration managed within Klaviyo. The order sync, and what attributes are saved, is managed within Klaviyo’s codebase. As a result, there is not a hook to utilize for this purpose.

    The best method to send this information to Klaviyo is via API which can either update a profile’s properties or create an event for a profile. We have documentation around how to use our track/identify API endpoints here: https://apidocs.klaviyo.com/reference/track-identify
