Possible to Add HTML Field within Billing Summary Section?

    In addition to our selectable options, we have a “required” service which we’d like to display as a text field within the Billing Summary section above the totals in order to avoid confusion. We’d rather not put it on the left-hand side with all the other options. Is there a way to insert an HTML field to be displayed under or above “Billing Summary”?

    The HTML element will be placed in left-hand, in the right-hand can be placed only summary and total by default
