Possible to add empty redirect

One of my clients is using this plugin on their network and their latest site doesn’t load the homepage. After an hour of having to manually trace the flow, it was caused by the 301 Redirects plugin sending a 301 to… nothing (Location header was empty), which the browser didn’t accept (thankfully) so the script simply exited with no output. Seems somebody must’ve clicked Save on the new redirect item and the system accepted a redirect with no from/to value.
