Possible to add Character or Icon image at end of all posts

Hey all.

Is there a way to automatically add and image (small icon) to the end of each post? Similar to how newspapers end stories with a little character to tell the reader that the story is over.

Basically we are using an auto post teaser and some posts that are just pics and short text display in full on the home page. I would like the ability to add a little icon to tell the reader that is the ‘whole’ story and there is no ‘read more’. Something subtle.
