Possible Theme Conflict

your theme is loading jquery incorrectly.

Dequeue https://www.diningondialysis.com/wp-content/themes/MyRecipe/js/jquery-1.4.4.js and the problem will be solved

More specifically jquery.js is loading twice.

Remove the reference from your theme
