    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The booking date is from a 3rd plugin, I supposed. In that case, you might need to use the “WC Hook” component, if that plugin shows the booking date in the WooCommerce order emails. More info in this documentation.

    Also, our plugin can recognize external shortcode. You may follow this instruction to create a correct one.
