I was having trouble with smooth slider and safari.

I was using images directly from the media library, and had them checked to not link to anything. The slider would work fine in firefox and chrome, but in safari, the images would not separate into slides.

I found that if I unchecked the “do not link this slide” – even putting in a simple “#” would fix the safari issue.

Just thought I would throw this up here in case someone is looking..

We have fixed the issue in SS 2.3.5. Please check and let me know if that is fixed for your case as well.

It did fix the issue in safari! well done! and thanks!

Sorry to report, but the 2.3.5 version does not fix the Safari issue for me. For some reason only my first slide works, the other slides are blank boxes.

If you look at the markup, the image paths are correct, but not loading properly in Safari.

Any additional help would be appreciated, I cannot link you to the site, it’s under development.

I had the same problem in Safari and also in Chrome. The only slide to work is the first one. Help!
