Possible redirect issue

Hi there,

We setup SSO on our staging site a few weeks ago and it worked fine with the plugin. We’ve moved the settings to our live site but it seems like we’re having some redirect issues.

Here are a few things that we’re seeing:
– when a user is logged into our site and tries to login via SSO, they’re logged on ok.
– when a user is not logged into our site and tries to login via SSO, they are not getting to the login page.

We chatted with the site where we’re using the SSO, they said that they’re getting a login failed redirect back from the site where we have the plugin installed. Any chance you could shed some light on what might be happening? We’ve tried disabling any redirects that we have on the site. I also checked the plugins on our staging site and the live site and they’re all the same. They are both on the same server.
