Possible Issue With WP-Ban and WP2.0.6

I upgraded WP earlier from version 2.0.5 to 2.0.6. Later, I added an IP in the WP-Ban options. No, it was not my IP. As soon as I updated, I got the “You Are Banned” message and nothing would load. I had to delete the plugin to get everything working again. I’ve already left a message on Lesters support forum. Just wanted to give everybody the heads up just in case something is a little screwy….I’m sure Lester will post when something is figured out.

30 minutes later:
OK, this is some crazy stuff. I replaced my wp 2.0.6 with my original 2.0.5 files. Added the ban.php back to the plugin directory. Still the same, I was banned. So I removed the ban.php file from the server again. Put my 2.0.6 files back on the server. Opened the db and deleted any reference (4 of them) to the last IP that I had added to ban. (again, it was not my IP). Then added the ban.php back to the plugin directory and it worked. However. all of the other IP’s that I had added before are no longer there. Weird stuff!
