Possible incompatibility between WooThemes and WPSC

  • After the latest updates to both WPSC and WooThemes there seems be incompatibility. I’ve enabled debug but still cannot pinpoint what’s causing the incompatibility. Here are the symptoms:

    1. With WooThemes deactivated “The timestamps on both pages match!”. Meta data is appended to bottom of home page.

    2. Activating WooThemes (and clearing browser cache) the initial cache test says “The timestamps on both pages match!” but then make a change to WPSC Advanced setting, e.g. enable or disable Compress Pages and cache test says “The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were not found!”. Also no meta data is appended to bottom of home page. Despite this fact the response time seems like caching is working (after clearing browser cache). Weird!

    4. Deactivate WooThemes plugin and cache test says “The timestamps on both pages match!” and meta data is once again appended to bottom of home page.

    With these symptoms as clues I’m hoping someone can offer suggestions where to look. TIA.

    I’m still hoping for comments regarding this issue. I have a similar site with essentially the same plugins except for WooThemes and WPSC works normally. It’s only with WooThemes that WPSC fails to add Status to the footer and no pages are cached. As I said before, with WooThemes disabled WPSC works as normal. If the developer is monitoring this support forum I’d appreciate hearing your thoughts as to what might be the cause.
