Possible for Paypal display user Currency @ Checkout but Transact in Local NZD

is it possible for Paypal to display pricing in the currency the user has selected, but when transacting with Paypal that it uses NZD (our local currency) and allows customer to pay in their local currency?
We are finding that matching payments with Xero, our accounting software that we have to manually adjust each and every payment due to PayPal_net meta value not containing the settlement (NZD) price.

For stripe when a user pays in USD the Stripe_net meta value is the NZD value so works very well.

I went to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Currency and selected all countries for all payment methods, but PayPal have left as NZD but then it doesnt display as a payment option for users.

I found FAQ Question “How to force any currency on the checkout page” and I couldn’t see any different behaviour, I was going to see if it worked to try and find a way to apply to PayPal only
