When I go to my WordPress dashboard, the “stats by Jetpack” is on my dashboard. What I am noticing is that these stats reflect all the visits that I make doing maintenance on my site. Since I have both a static IPv4 and IPv6 address, the possible feature enhancement I would like to see would be to have the ability to exclude specific addresses/address ranges from the Jetpack Stats.

Having that feature would make the Jetpack stats much more meaningful relative to actual visitors to my site.

    Thanks!

  • Hi @gguldens

It seems to me that you’ve found your traffic hits (page views) shown on your Jetpack Stats, were you logged-in on your Admin account when you’ve browsed those pages?

It’s possible that you’ve enabled tracking traffic for logged-in users, this can be disabled by heading over to your Jetpack Dashboard → Settings → Traffic and scrolling to Site Stats to expand the settings.

I hope this helps, but if you ever want to submit any feature request, you can do that here on the Jetpack repository.

    Best,
