• Possible error in fixed bulk discount
Hi, it seems there is an error in the fixed bulk discount calculation. Please refer to
    https://relieved-leopard.w5.poopy.life/prodotto/polo/
    The discount rule is
2 € per piece for at least 5 pieces – 3 € per piece for at least 10 pieces – 4 € per piece for at least 15 pieces, considering the total of variations
    If you buy
    5 Extra large –> 5*35€=175€
    5 Large –> 5*30€=150€
    5 Medium –> 5*25€=125€
thee not discounted total is 450€ and the total discount should be 15*4€=60€ giving a discounted price of 390€
Instead the cart shows a discounted price of 270€ due to the fact that the 60€ is applied on each line and not on the total price
    Am I wrong?
    Thanks

  • Hello!

We are having the same problem with a fixed discount (Treat product variations separately).

    For example:
Discount of $35 off a group of 2 or more.
So if the customer chooses 1x Adult and 1x Child, then the discount should be $35 + $35= $70.

However, what the system actually does is apply a $70 discount to each variable:
    Adult x 1 = $70 discount.
    Child x 1 = $70 discount.

We agree that this seems like an unintended miscalculation.

Actually, what we would really like to be able to do is to discount each variation individually, for example $35 off each Adult, no discount for Children.

We would also like to be able to apply different bulk discount quantities to different variables, and to apply different kinds of bulk discounts to different products, ie fixed for one product, percentage for another.

    Thank you!

I quite enjoy that variables are discounted. Either way, I offered to pay the owner of this app money to make changes and he won’t respond so might as well accept it as is or move on.

I hit this bug today. Have a product with variations. I want to give a 5 discount per item if 3 or more are ordered. If 3 of one variation is ordered, the price is correct. If 3 different variations are ordered, the price shows as 5 less, but the total for each item line is 15 lower and the total is 45 lower instead of 15 lower. Sorry, but given the response I see to problems, I guess I need to move on.
