Possible Conflicts With Other Plugins ?

I’m using the Moesia theme on two sites with the exact same set of plugins except for the addition of this plugin to the second site. When this plugin is enabled, all of my TinyMCE buttons disappear from my WYSIWYG editor.
It is my belief that the Column Shortcodes plugin conflicts with the Buttons and Shortcode and Widget plugin that I also use, but I’m not sure which one is responsible for the compatibility issue.
Has anybody seen this happen on one of their sites?
(Please note: I’m currently using WordPress 4.3 Beta 3 nightly build on both of my sites)
