possible conflict with the simple job board plugin

Hey,
I’m a newbie at WordPress and I’m not much familiar with Html or CSS so I’ll be requiring some help with the issue I’m facing, I’m actually working on this website where I need to job board to display job for the HR services of my company. so I chose “Simple Job Board” as it was the most suitable for me and it was working fine until I added this link (https://www.test.racgl.com/contact-us/) to the call to action button under visual editor row. and now the appearance is all messed up the icons have become bigger in size.

I wanted to share the screenshots of the website as I temporarily installed another plugin for the HR section so if there a way to share the screen shots here please help me with that as well.
