Possible conflict with Stripe plugin – CORS error

I had a look at your beta site and I could not reproduce the error as you describe. I was able to place an test order through stripe and saw WooCommerce Shipping was enabled while doing so.

Can you please confirm if you resolved the issue?

I’m still experiencing the issue. Could you confirm if you tested this in Safari? The error only seems to appear there. The payment appears to go through without issues, but the error still persists, and I’d prefer to address it just to be safe, given that it is still an error.

I want to confirm if this is a conflict between these WooCommerce Stripe and WooCommerce Shipping plugins.

The problem is still there, but for the PayPal payment method. I also noticed that there are some errors when loading the source map files (see screenshot). Could this be related?

I’ve just tried a test checkout on your site at https://beta.adm.dental: Nomatter which country I selected (I tried several across different continents), I only ever got the “There are no shipping options available. Please check your shipping address.” message which means checkout couldn’t proceed.

With that said, using Chrome, I didn’t see any CORS errors in the console.

Moving forward, please share the exact test conditions we need in order to replicate this? For example:

• Product to be added to the cart
• Billing address to be used during checkout
• Screencast/Screenshots of the errors in the process of checking out
• Browser in use at the time

I initially had only one shipping method enabled for the US, but I’ve now added a test method for the rest of the world. Please also make sure to enter the complete address, as I had previously enabled an option to show shipping methods only after the full address was provided. This setting is now disabled.

As I’ve mentioned multiple times, the error appears exclusively in the Safari browser. I’ve tested it in Chrome and Firefox, and the issue does not occur there. While desktop Safari usage might be limited, it’s widely used on mobile devices, so I’d like to ensure it works for everyone.

I understand testing on Windows or Linux might be challenging, but you can use tools like https://www.browserstack.com/ to replicate the issue. I’ve tested it there and can confirm the error is present.

Can you go to Safari > Settings > Websites and allow the Pop-Up Windows? It should resolve and get rid of the error message.

With that, a blank pop-pop will show on your checkout page. I suggest and check which plugin or code you have that shows this pop-up.

Thank you for the reply! This solution was suggested in the original Stripe support thread, and I’ve tried it on multiple devices (cache and cookies cleared). Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
