• I installed the Gutenberg plugin in my test environment. I went to edit a post and there was nothing to edit. I disabled all my plugins, save Gutenberg, and reactivated the one by one. After I activated Heartbeat control, that is when the above behavior occurred. I also disabled all the plugins, save Gutenberg, and then activated Heartbeat Control and I got the above behavior.

I should clarify the above. When I edit an existing post the editing screen is blank.

At the moment, I haven’t tested with Gutenberg, but it’ll likely cause issues at the moment. Testing and patches are coming, but as this is something that I don’t profit on, it’s all up to when I have some spare time.

If someone wants to do some testing and bugfixes for me, it would be greatly appreciated.

I truly appreciate the effort it takes to create and maintain this useful plugin – thanks.

I do worry though – once WordPress updates to 5.0, and it will soonish, and Gutenberg is live – this plugin, with it’s 80,000 downloads – potentially will cause a lot of grief for 1000s of people unless it’s made compatible with Gutenberg.
