• Need a little help using the Swatch theme, which is offered free by Woo Themes (so I can’t take advantage of their support). I really like it but am having issues embedding youtube videos in the custom ‘Portfolio’ section. Images of the videos will appear on the homepage (and on a separate Portfolio page I created called “video” but clicking on them takes you to a 404 page saying the page doesn’t exist.

The site is located at https://www.kennywarrencomedy.com

I have tried lots of possible solutions (including clearing the cache and uploading the latest Woo theme framework) but I think there’s a code issue that I can’t find. Any help would be most appreciated!

  • You can get support for WooThemes even for free themes, but you do need to be a member. The Swatch theme has full documentation here – https://www.woothemes.com/support/theme-documentation/swatch/?submit=View

Thanks so much for responding Christine. I had to become a Woo Themes member to download the free Swatch theme, but unfortunately, when I attempt to seek support I get this response:

If you’re seeing this page while you are logged into our site then it means that you do not have access to our support forum and knowledge base. To gain access to these features you need to purchase any of our themes, plugins or WooCommerce extensions, or sign up for our theme club.

Still puzzled over how to fix my issue…
