Possible bug with bulk media file categorization.

I am on Windows 10 and using Chrome. I downloaded this plug-in (3.0.6) for some simple media file organization, and I was satisfied at first. However, the bulk action to move files to a folder I’d created ceased to function after a few attempts.
I would go to “Media Library”, then click the boxes of the files I want to move, change the bulk action dropdown box to “move to folder” and click “apply.” For the first few times I used it, a new window came up that asked me which folder I wanted to move them to. Worked fine. After a few more attempts, the location window just stopped appearing, and the page would refresh with all of my media still unassigned and with their checkboxes removed.
I was unable to find any explanation. I purged my cache, but that had no effect. I eventually found something that worked, which was clicking my “all files” folder, then clicking back to the “unassigned” folder I had been in. While everything appeared the exact same, the bulk move started to work again.
I think this may be a bug, and I hope it’s resolved soon as it’s irritating to have to remember to reload folder pages to circumvent it and avoid losing work.
