Possible Bug?

When i originally setup the plugin, i excluded a few specific categories. Now, when i go back to add that category (by removing it from the list), the star ratings do not work. The stars are displayed but you can not select one. On all of the other pages it works fine except any category I originally set to exclude. For categories that are working, I can exclude them and then include them again and they continue to work. Its like a flag is stuck for the categories I originally excluded.
Do you have a fix for this? I tried uninstalling the plugin and re installing but it did not work.
