Possibilty for “comments on hold” ?

Hi, I found your plugin and would like to use it. However, I see a conflict with another plugin (subscribe to comments), which sents out emails to subscribers when a new comment was written.

During tests I could see that subscribers are notified only with the first creation of a comment. But not, when or after editing. However, this is almost what I expected.

I would prefer to keep a comment in some kind of a “on hold status” until it is finally edited. Or the time has elapsed. So the messages about a new comment would be sent out with the final contents of the comment.

Do you see any chance to do this?
