• I’m trying to create an anchor link which should scroll down a page that has an approximate height of 15000vh (has a lot of animations in it which pass by when scrolling). Obviously the default scroll speed is not great, because it takes less than a second to get there and you won’t see any of the animations.

How can I either disable the built in smooth scrolling feature or at least change the time it takes for it to scroll down to the anchor?

I’ve seen a few github feature requests about that an some hacky solutions, but neither of those are working for me…

    Best regards,
    M

  • Hi,

I’ve been dealing with a similar problem.
Any kind of solution will be appreciated, even a php or JS script to add to my child theme.
