possibility of local pickup not displayed in the basket page

  • Hello
    I set your “Advanced Local Pickup for WooCommerce” plugin and also added “Local pickup” as a new shipping method in WooCommerce, but the the local pickup option is not displayed in the basket page. Only the “normal” shipping options are displayed (even if I am emptying the cache).
    The theme is “Coffeeshop”
    WordPress and all modules are up to date.
    I can send to you some credentials to the back-office if needed.

    I checked the process for setup of Local pickup shipping, everything seem allright, but local pickup choice is still not displayed in the basket page.

    Hi @websteem,

    Check it again after deactivating all plugins except the ALP and WooCommerce plugins. In case it doesn’t work, try deactivating also ALP and then check it again.
    Please let me know which plugins are conflicting in your store.

    You were right, it was actually a problem of setting of the local pickup shipping in WooCommerce. There was 2 zones with the same main country, so only choices of the first of them were displayed.
