    we are planning to add this plugin to our website and what we would like to get is the app that let customers will be able to check the date and manage the reservation is it possible? i wasn’t sure how it works.and when the customer make an appointment, do they have to create the account as well?

    Hi there,

    Customer can check the date, pick out the date and time for booking (out of available ones). Employee’ schedule dictates which dates and times will be available.

    Client can later overview and reschedule their appointments via Customer Panel; is this the managing you require?

    The moment client books they will be added to Amelia > Customers.

    hi thank for replying We just wondering if its possible for the customer to choose a category first NOT SERVICE. cuz we have a lot of menus and long sentences so its better to show them category. please let me know.
