Positive installation process

  • Recently purchased Pro/Elite subscription and ran into activation issues. Whenever AIOSEO was activated, images disappeared from our website.

    Submitted a ticket and provided access to the Jeff B. (AIOSEO engineer) who was able to identify an issue with a Siteground Optimizer setting (Combine JavaScript). The Siteground support team agreed. And after turning off that setting, all was good.

    Jeff was a big help getting us up and running and took the time to explain the issue in more detail. As a relatively new WordPress developer, that info was helpful to me.

    As I configured the plugin, I was also also happy to find detailed support material easily accessible on the AIOSEO website related to Local SEO and multiple locations.

    Finally, I discovered that AEISEO will connect to OpenAI for generating excellent suggestions for page title and meta descriptions.
