Positioning/Relocating social icons in header twentytwelve

I added social icons in my header but not in the position I want them to be. Also my header image width increased when I put social icons leaving empty spaces. I tried to change in style.css but failed. My theme is twentytwelve. Can someone please check “www.sir-mar.com” and explain step by step

1) How can I place these 3 icons just to oppposite/right side in my header?
2) How can I bring my header width to its original width? It was narrower and looking much better.
