Positioning the Post Title below an image?

When posting an article, I’d like to have an image at the top of the post that has a set width (say 300px) but can vary in height depending on the picture. I usually upload the picture and then add the code to the post content so that it sits above the post text.

What I want to do however is position the post title between the image and the post text.

Is this possible? And if so how? I’ve tried relative positioning but that won’t work if the image varies in height.
