Hello. I wich you would have time to help me. I choose your theme Luminescence Lite for its beauty and the responsivness. I am not a professionnal web designer, nor professionnal musician. I do that to give freely my music to others. Here is my problem.

On a iphone window, when I click open the menu, the left column, with two widget comes up higher in the display, overlapping the content. This section with the widgets is normally on the bottom of the page. On a desktop display, it is normal, at the left-column location.

I tried hard to understand the principles triggering this behavior, but with no luck.

I would consider an helping fee, if its wath it takes

    Sincerely,

    Sylvain Garneau

  • Can you share the screenshot of what you’re talking about as we tested on iPhone and we didn’t get what exactly you meant there.

Hi. I taught I could change my design, but no, it is the same. (excuse my english please…)

So here is some printscreens of my problems. I posted a link of a page with explanations. I tried first to ?display:none? a few items wich where problematics on the bottom of the iphone layout pages (#left-column, #bottom-wrapper, footer.entry-meta, #copyright-wrapper), because I thaught I could live without them, but I would really need that left column appearing at the bottum of my pages, cause I have a Google custom search widget on it. So here is the link for the printscreens :

Thanks a lot for your time

The Google custom search is not responding to mobile version so you need to see if there are better code for google custom serarch for mobile version.

Furthermore, I’ve also checked the site in iPhone 5s itself and it’s not showing overlap like this site : https://www.responsinator.com/?url=www.rivieredevent.org . Did you try to check yourself on the iPhone or Mobile device itself ?

Hello. Thanks for the answer. No I didn’t checked it on an actual iPhone 5 cause I don’t own one. I thaught this site (responsinator) was ok to do that … It will be difficult to figure that out, if I cannot verify the css on the go. Do you know an alternative to work with devices, without having to by all of them (lol).

Now I have decided to remove the Google custom seach widget, but I can still see the overlapping of the left-column, copyright-wrapper, etc., when the menu is open (looking at it with responsinator …)
So I will continue my investigation. I you have an idea for me, I will appreciate.

    Thanks a lot

    Hi Sylvain,

you should check your site in actualy mobile as I’ve check it on iPhone 5s and it looks better than the one seen there in responsinator.

    I hope it helps.

Hello again you Theme Author. I found this site quirktools.con wich is highly rated for that purpose. So I will mark ths thread as resolved even if it is not true, and try other ways to work it out. Thanks for taking time to answering to this post.
