Positioning not working in Safari

I have followed the suggestions to add width code to CSS (worked in both Explorer and Safari), but in Safari, the window still opens well off the screen left. I tried coding fixed position in CSS. It worked in Explorer, but still not in Safari. The “position” settings in infopopup do not seem to work at all.
