• Using WP 4.0 and the latest version of the 2014 theme.

Can’t link the site because I’m operating it remotely using MAMP before I’m satisfied with the result.

When I add images in the “Edit page” section on the CMS side of WordPress, They get added just fine, but I’m having a hard time positioning them in a nice even row from left to right.

I created a CHILD THEME with a duplicate STYLE.CSS sheet, identified the div id for each photo and was able to customize drop shadow, borders, etc…but when I use:

“position: relative” and position the images where I want them, there is a lot of dead space on the page beneath them–almost like the images are still stacked on top of each as when I originally uploaded them. Using “position: absolute” removes the dead space a the bottom of the page, but the images won’t stay where I place them on the page when you resize the browser window.

I’d love some insight because I’ve racked my brain over too long now. Thank you for your help!
