Position of enquiry button

    Sorry for the delayed response as I was out of town due to some medical emergency.

    1) Please follow the below root for removing the address field-

    WC Catalog settings>> WooCommerce>> WC Catalog enquiry>> WC catalog enquiry general settings>> Enqiry form settings>> Address field enable- uncheck

    2) The postion of the button is displayed as per the theme structure. So we need to customize the plugin to reposition it as per your requirement.
