Position not found in advanced options

Apologies for the late response. I’ve become a dad which has taken my mind of things for a while. You should be able to see the positioning options when you click on “Advanced settings”. The options are:

• Bottom right
• Bottom left
• Bottom center

Let me know if you’re still not seeing them and I can help troubleshoot.

When I change settings (placement), button only appears full width. No other placements work. Cleared cache. Only see full width button no matter settings.

Thanks for your message. I don’t know your website URL so I can’t check this, but my guess is that you have text entered in the “Button text” field. If that’s the case you’ll only be able to have a button across the full bottom. Make sure that field is empty (and you have not selected the “Full bottom” position), then I’m fairly certain that you’ll have the button placed in your preferred position.
