All I’m seeing is:

#header #topad {
  float: right;
}
#header #navigation ul {
  float: none;
}

Are you saying insert the code above or below that or just replace it?

I’d suggest adding that code to a custom CSS option or plugin. If you modify theme files, your changes will be lost when the theme is updated.

Sounds like you should find a better theme in that case…I don’t know how that theme is coded, sorry.
