Bug in My Forms

Hi, Im having a issue with my forms. When someone, even me, try to connect the website, the front page is not appearing the page except if i click on the screen or try to roll, then the forms works normally. If you try to reach the website i put in the link box above with an smartphone you will see for yourself.
