Position Absolute: How to Fix or Remove

Hello all,

I had this issue of overlapping containers and text a few weeks back. I thought I had fixed it by removing the transparent header on my Astra theme (free version). On my laptop and main computer, the website looks fine. However, in my sister’s PC I can see it all messed up and overlapping. From what another user suggested, it might be the absolute positioning. Is this true? if so, how can I remove/fix this?
