POS stopped working after clearing product records

I could need any possible help right now!
The problem was, that 2 weeks after changing the sale prices, POS still showed the old ones. I searched for solution and found on POS website an advice to clear the product records in POS. After that POS stopped working and didn′t even show the proper picture (the product window is 1mm wide and also the cart window).
I changed browser, didnt work.
I emptied the browser cache, didnt work.
I updated the POS version, didnt work.
I deactivated and reactivated POS, didnt work.Any other advice is welcome, our shop works daily on POS!
