    No, it is not currently possible to set the POS visibility at a variation level.

    Will this function be in the roadmap?

    Also, I want to know how can I reprint the POS receipt for the past orders?

    A visibility setting for variations is not currently on the roadmap, but I will certainly keep it in mind for future versions.

    re: printing past receipts
    This can be done with the Pro version by going to the Orders page (see demo).
