POS inaccessible after last WP update

Hi, would like to know if somebody has the same issue,
can’t access to the POS.
tryed to desactivate AAM plugin,
reset de capabilities
give the rights in the pos setting section
desactivate, reactivate POS
nothing works.
any info or direction would be appreciated ??
