Hi, we have been selling online and have been using point of sale for pop up shops.

We now have a 12 month pop up shop and need to store stock on site and have the POS we use make sales and adjust stock from the shop location. This way we can always see and manage the stock in the shop differently to our online sales. How can I do this please?

To summaries I need to have stock in multiple locations and have online sales affect one location and POS sales affect another location. In order to restock I need to easily move stock from one location to the other.

    Thanks

    Hello @sandbarswimwear,

I’m not sure if I fully understand you request. Does the current POS you’re using integrate with WooCommerce? If not, are you willing to use a new POS system or want to keep the current one?

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi Saif,

I am using Point of Sale for WooCommerce currently but for all our pop up shops it was fine for the stock to be warehoused in the same location as our pop up shops where for short periods of time.

Now we will have a long term shop I need to have stock in 2 locations and sales online and inshore affect different locations. This was very easy in Shopify as it was built into their platform.

I basically need to have some form of inventory management app to allow me to put stock in different locations and then a POS that will allow to make sales from the physical location.

    Hi @sandbarswimwear

I understand that you are using the premium plugin Point of Sale for WooCommerce here.

If you have a valid license with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue?

    Thanks!
