    -the time ago starts when a member is online and keeps counting before the member goes offline instead of counting after a member has gone offline.
    -the online offline indicator on portrait is always online even when a member is offline while that of the mini-portrait works well.

    any help will be appreciated

    Yes, I have noticed this as well.

    All members seem to be online.
