Porting my content

My blog address is: https://www.akajohnsanders.com. This version is hosted on the wordpress severs. I have another version hosted on my server: https://www.zakkt.com/akajohnsanders/wordpress/

I need to make my self-hosted version look like my free wordpress version.

I have beenw working on this for the past few days, but can not find the answer.

Basically, WordPress is downloaded on my own server but none of my content is there. I am trying to figure out how I can take my content from my free version and import it into my self hosted version.

Please help!

(the reason I am doing this is because I need access to my source code so that I can add Google Adsense and a host of other tools. My understanding is that I can not do this unless I am self hosted. Please help on this if possible)
