Portfolio Widget Archives

Hi,
I was wondering if it’s possible to utilise the Portfolio Widget as a layout/template for the Portfolio Archives page? I can’t seem to find the code for the Portfolio widget anywhere in the theme files. Here’s a Photoshopped image of what I’m trying to achieve:
