Portfolio URL Not Working

  • I just added two new products (Crystal Chakra Healing & Beyond) to the featured slider of my home page.

    I added the portfolio URL to both products but when clicking on the product, it just reloads the homepage, rather than taking me to the product page. If you click on any of the other products in the featured slider (i.e. Healing Path, Dream Time, etc), you’ll see that their links are working. I filled out all the information the exact same way as the other products whose links are working…

    Using WP 3.9.1, all plugins updated. Please advise:)!

    I did not build the website myself, I just took over it ~6 months ago.

    No. I asked which theme you are using (have activated) and where you download it from. Not what themes you have installed.

    A child theme of function, not sure where it was downloaded from, but I know our site is self-hosted / fairly customized

    I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.remarpro.com here. Try https://www.woothemes.com/support/
