Portfolio Slideshow Stopped suddenly stopped working

We run a portfolio slideshow on the front page… it usually is working but today it stopped suddenly. We haven’t made any changes to the website since it stopped working. I’ve played with the Slideshow Diagnostic with literally every combination of load jquery types along with load cycle (hoping it was one of these options) and it still is showing no sign of working.
