Portfolio Slideshow Pro conflicts with Custom Field Template plugin?

I’m a big fan of both Portfolio Slideshow Pro and a plugin known as Custom Field Template:

I’m currently using:
– wordpress v. 3.5.1 (latest at the time of this writing)
– portfolio slideshow pro v. 1.8.7 (latest at the time of this writing)
– custom field template v. 2.1 (latest at the time of this writing)

I believe that when trying to use both plugins at once, Portfolio Slideshow Pro has an issue when trying to attach an image to a slideshow.

To replicate the issue, install both plugins. Then create a slideshow and then click the “Attach/Upload Image” button to begin uploading an image. After uploading it, you want to select that file, so naturally you would click the “Select File” button for the image you just uploaded. At this point, the media manager lightbox closes and it’s supposed to then indicate that the image was selected by displaying it under the “Attach/Upload Image” button, allowing you to continue typing in your caption and URL, however the image never gets attached.

If you disable the Custom Field Template plugin, everything works fine, so I believe by the process of elimination, these two plugins are conflicting. Custom Field Template does have some sort of “Select File” functionality, but for different purposes.

If this could be resolved, it would be most appreciated!
