Portfolio Slideshow plugin update Version 1.9.9 is broken

Now, as for the issues with this Parse Error and related things:

The core of all of these problems was that until version 1.11.0, which I just published today, Portfolio Slideshow did not support PHP 5.2 – 5.3 or higher was required, for no good reason really, and this is just a pure case of me dropping the ball. I should’ve included support for PHP 5.2 from day one –

– regardless of “should haves”, 5.2 support is finally included now in version 1.11.0, which I just published this morning.

I am getting this error:

Any help with this?
