• Our portfolio page is no longer letting you view the demos. you can click on the sections of the portfolio but if you click on one, it just redirects you to the homepage.

Any idea why it would be doing this?? We have made no changes.

    It’s working fine for me.

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

Ugh, Sorry, I forgot I put a redirect on that page. I unredirected it.

It was redirecting to our temporary page until we can get this one fixed.

Ok, I see what you’re describing now.

The portfolio links themselves, when accessed directly even, are redirecting.

So, it’s not the action of clicking them or anything like that.

Check for any more latent redirects on portfolio items. If that’s clear, what are you using to manage the portfolio items? Is it a plugin, or is the functionality built into the theme?

I am assuming it is built into the theme? I dont see a plugin that is linked to that specifically (I was not the one who setup the website years ago). We did just update to wordpress 5.2. I wonder if its not compatible?

In that case, since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://hellominti.com/forums/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

Thanks! I checked it out but I need a code to even register that I dont have since it was purchased years ago.

Are there any plugins you suggest to use a Portfolio? I can just recreate it using another method.
