It looks like you’ve activated the Jetpack mobile stylesheet, called Minileven. Is your issue happening with this mobile stylesheet or was it occurring when you had the mobile stylesheet turned off?

Yes, https://belindadarcey.com/portfolio/ and https://belindadarcey.com as portfolio is on home page as well (for now).

Aha! Yes, when I Deactivate JetPack’s “Mobile Theme” the issue disappears. Is this module duplicating/conflicting with something already in the Illustratr theme? i.e. is the JetPack’s Mobile Theme only for converting themes that are not already responsive?

Correct. ?? It’s not needed with an already responsive theme like Illustratr.
